What to Expect
Inquiry
Share your event date, location, guest count, occasion, preferred service, menu interests, and dietary restrictions.
Consultation
Chef Larry schedules a consultation to discuss your event style, menu direction, and service details.
Proposal
You receive a proposal and Square invoice. A deposit secures your date, and the remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
Availability is confirmed only after your inquiry, consultation, and deposit.
