What is your availability and booking process?
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger events or during peak times. Once we agree on the menu and terms, a deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is typically due on the day of the event. We can discuss specific dates and availability during our initial consultation.
How do you handle sourcing ingredients?
I prioritize sourcing high-quality, local, and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. I have relationships with several local farmers and specialty food suppliers to ensure freshness and quality.
What types of cuisine do you specialize in?
French with European influences is what my training is in, but I offer many different types of cuisines.
Where are you based out of and where will you travel too?
We serve the areas of Lake of the Ozarks and Branson Missouri, and Southwest Florida, including Fort Myers, Sarasota and Naples Florida offering Private Chef services for Vacation Rentals or Private Homes. We also offer Mobile Catering for private events.
